* We will give full refunds if for some reasons, We are unable to deliver the item(s).
* If the item arrives damaged from shipping, We will be glad to replace the damaged merchandise up to 7 days after the shipment was received.
* If a special exception is made, the item can be returned in unworn original condition within 48 hours of receiving your order, due to the nature of handmade items, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
